Beautiful holiday villa located in a privileged and quiet area, in a protected environment, next to the Aucanada golf course, and next to the residential development of Bonaire in the direction of Es Coll Baix beach. This beautiful house has been completely renovated in June 2019 and currently consists of 2 double bedrooms, both located on the first floor. On the ground floor, in this first phase of the reform, there is a cozy kitchen with dining room. Through an open corridor, access to a full bathroom with large shower, and a small living room with television. Next to the entrance of the kitchen, we find a nice porch with a large table, where you can have breakfast. In front of the porch, you will see a large terrace with barbecue, a large table for lunch and dinner, or to spend the evening in the company of family and friends. On this terrace, we find a relaxation area, with several armchairs and a nice sofa. In front of the terrace and on a lower level, we have the pool area, with sun beds and umbrellas, ideal for cooling off or playing sports. Given its location with respect to the environment, it provides clear views and you can also enjoy beautiful views of the sea. Capacity for 4 people Distance to the nearest beach, Sant Pere beach and Sant Joan beach, both in Mal Pas, about 2.5 km away, easily accessible. Another nearby beach is that of (Es Coll Baix) 3.5 km. in a beautiful (and easy) hiking excursion following the same street as the Villa and with a dream view on the descent to the beach. Distance to the nearest town (Alcudia center) 3,5 km.

Can Fe is located in 2 heights, you access the farm through a typical Balearic wooden door. It consists of 2 double bedrooms: 1 bedroom (15 m2) with double bed 180 x 150 cm and 1 bedroom (12 m2) approximate, with 2 single beds, 180 x 90 cm. It also has 1 full bathroom in the top floor, and a bathroom between the living room and the kitchen on the ground floor, both with shower. It has a large kitchen with a table for lunch or breakfast.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house. Understand that other customers can arrive the same day you leave and find yourself with an unpleasant smell of tobacco. We appreciate your understanding, and we ask you to smoke outside the house.
The entry of pets or pets is allowed. However, a prior request for approval will be necessary, which will depend on the circumstances of the case.
RESERVATION
To confirm the reservation we request a deposit of 50% of the total rental price in advance. The rest can be paid on arrival in cash at our offices, or by any other means previously agreed upon. Consult the information regarding the bond of this house.
BAIL
It must be paid along with the amount of the reservation, the amount of 300 euros as a deposit, and the amount will be returned in full at the end of the stay, within a period not exceeding 7 days, unless something should be deducted in concept Of Damage.
ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN)
On the day of arrival, the house will be available from 4:00 p.m. since the necessary cleaning and accommodation tasks will be carried out beforehand. However, if you wish, you can request, if occupation allows, leave your luggage before.
EXIT (CHECK-OUT)
The departure (check-out) must be done before 10.00hrs since we have to carry out the cleaning tasks for the next guests, however if you wish to delay your departure, check our late check-out service (check-out late), and In case you can combine the departure with the arrival of the new guests you can leave later.

Our villa has WiFi Internet, totally free for our customers, with the latest generation router, so you can connect all your devices at high speed.
TV
It has television in the living room with TDT (digital terrestrial television), and Internet TV with many channels of various nationalities.
SECURITY
Mallorca is a quiet island, with very little crime and a very low robbery rate, even so, the farm is completely fenced. The area of the pool is clearly visible and has little depth for the little ones in their access. Please do not leave young children without adult care.
It is recommended that valuables are not carried to the beach if there is no possibility of their care while in the water (as a precaution).
Also, as a precaution, we kindly ask that when closing, close doors and windows, both
