RESERVATION
To confirm the reservation we request a deposit of 50% of the total rental price in advance. The rest can be paid upon arrival in cash at our offices, or by any other means previously agreed upon. Consult the data regarding the deposit of this house.
BAIL
It must be paid together with the amount of the reservation, the amount of 300 euros as a deposit, and the amount of which will be returned in full at the end of the stay, within a period not exceeding 7 days, unless something must be discounted in concept Of Damage.
ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN)
On the day of arrival, the house will be available from 4:00 p.m. since the appropriate cleaning and accommodation tasks will be carried out in advance. However, if you wish, you can request, if the occupation allows it, to leave your luggage before.
OUT (CHECK-OUT)
The departure (check-out) must be done before 10.00 a.m. since we have to carry out the cleaning tasks for the next guests, however if you wish to delay your departure, consult our late check-out service (late check-out), and If the departure can be arranged with the arrival of the new guests, you can leave later.
INTERNET
Our villa has WiFi Internet, totally free for our clients, with the latest generation router, so that you can connect all your devices at high speed.
TV
It has television in the living room with DTT (digital terrestrial television), and satellite television.
SECURITY
Mallorca is a quiet island, with very little crime and a very low theft rate, even so, the farm is fully fenced and has a gate with a security lock. The pool area is clearly visible and is shallow for little ones. Young children are kindly requested not to be left without the care of an adult.
It is recommended that valuables are not taken to the beach if there is no possibility of their care while in the water (as a precaution).
Also as a precaution, we ask that when you leave, close doors and windows, both to avoid an unlikely theft, and to keep the house at the desired temperature if you have left the air conditioning on.
CLEANING
You have in the home a washing machine, clothesline, dishwasher and everything you need to keep the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness and hygiene.
As you can see, the house is delivered completely clean and provided with sheets, blankets and bath clothes. We appreciate that to the extent possible, you keep and return the home reasonably clean and orderly.
Garbage, you have several garbage containers located on the main street, please empty the garbage can of the house periodically to avoid bad smells and the proliferation of insects such as flies and ants.
LIGHT CONSUMPTION
Electricity consumption is included in the price, responsible consumption of electricity is requested and that if you are going to be absent from the house for several hours, leave the lights and air conditioning off. They are new equipment and in a short time they can re-condition the house upon arrival.
WATER CONSUMPTION
Water is a very precious commodity, and although water is included in the rental price, we ask that you make good use of it and consume it responsibly. Due to the geographical situation of our island, the water of the Balearic Islands is not suitable for consumption due to its high level of lime, but it is perfectly suitable both for cooking and for showering.
DAMAGE
All damages caused to the home will be valued and, if deemed appropriate, will be deducted from the deposit. Likewise, you are kindly requested to report any damage that you find both upon arrival, as well as those that you may accidentally cause.
This rental is regulated by Law 8/2012, of July 19, on tourism in the Balearic Islands.
